The Exclusive Chefs was founded upon a mission.

To offer our clientele the quality cuisine expected of a five star restaurant
without the exuberant prices.

As a small catering company, we have been able to meet this mission by establishing a close relationship with each of each of our clients and purveyors. We take the time needed to allow ourselves to master each of our client’s culinary desires. We are able to carry through on our promises by ensuring that the client’s needs are always met.

At the culinary level, we have closed a void that has been left untouched far too long. This void was the ability to offer and produce authentic international cuisine. We started filling this void within the government community for their international delegates and galas. We have spent hours perfecting the cuisines and ethic needs of our client’s clients by mastering the cuisines of such countries as Morocco, Tunisia, Indonesia, and Poland, to name a few. Our staff has been trained in the French tradition, but has not forgotten what cooking is all about. Our uniqueness comes from having the ability to focus our skills in order to develop dishes of our client’s choosing, no matter what the country of origin, while holding close the historical and national integrity of each dish.

We search all over the world for the finest purveyors to guarantee that each dish we produce is authentic. Quite often, our research includes interviewing individuals from different ethnic backgrounds and national origins.

We have also pulled from the top region’s restaurant staff in order to ensure impeccable service. Our motto is “never say no.” Nothing is impossible in the culinary arena, as long as there is passion!
