We are a full service caterer, providing culinary service, rentals and hired assistance. Our primary focus is the culinary arena; however, often times our clients need the assistance of an event planner. In order to minimize the stress placed on our fast-paced lifestyles, we also offer event planning services. We have found that by providing the two key services needed to make a successful event, we are able to ensure our clients that all their special needs and requests are always handled.

Pricing for catering:

Pricing is determined by menu selection, number of guests, serving style, and décor. Quotes are reflected on cost per guest.

Staff:

Our service staff consists of seasoned professionals, carefully selected from the service industry. Many who come from five star restaurants. The goal of our staff is to provide you with personalized service and distinguished hospitality.

Chefs and culinary assistants: $45.00 per hour
Bartenders: $35.00 per hour
Wait Staff: $30.00 per hour

Staff is paid double the regular rate for holidays.

Cancellation Policy:

All orders: 60% of the total bill total (including, but not limited to food, rentals, flowers, musicians) due 1 week prior to event; final 40% due date of event. If order is placed less than one week prior to event date, 60% is due upon placement of order; final 40% due upon event start time. If event is cancelled by client 72 hours prior to event start time, the 60% deposit is non-refundable. Deposits of any kind required by site locations, musicians, florists, et al are required at time of reservation.

Party responsible for payment must confirm via email or signed letter that they understand and except the above policies.

Event planning services vary from client to client; therefore we offer two types of event planning services:

~Event Planning Package~
The event planning package is geared for government, corporate and private events. The purpose of this package is to aid the client throughout the conception, development and completion of their particular event. This package also allows you to hire any caterer of your choosing. This package includes, but is not limited to:
